Mr. Luis Posada Carriles, I wish to believe you can break
the apathy holding the men of action in exile, and that only direct action
against the Castro dictatorship will bring us just liberty for Cuba. I want to
participate and offer myself.
Don't believe in the " Ferry 13 of March" concept with which the enemies
try to confuse you. Cuban revolutionaries have been waging our own war against the
dictatorship for many years, only perseverance will bring us victory. I still
hold the candid ideals that help me down the front steps of the University of
Habana when I was 16 years old with the revolutionary guides of the FEU to
challenge the forces of the tyrant of that time in history. Also believe that
our ideals of a free and autonomous Cuba are reachable and that the next "Own"
unselfish, just action can give birth to other actions, in and out of Cuba.
That if, in past efforts to reach this liberty have failed , is because we have
failed to include in reconstruction the one ingredient that permeates all levels
of society in these United States and is unknown in our America: A PRIVATE
SYSTEM OF INSURANCE, SUPERVISED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND RULED BY LAW. THAT
GUARANTEES AL CIVIL RIGHTS AND PROPERTIES, ENRICHING PRIVATE CAPITAL WITHOUT
THREATENING THE GOVERNMET'S AUTONOMY. These companies collect money, by law,
from all citizens and government agencies, and use that money to pay for damages
to civil rights and properties caused by abuse or natural causes, and to create
blue chip corporations that offers prosperity to the nation land its workers.
This ingredient alone, can give us the freedom and prosperity we have sought
for so long.. Have a good day.
