Pamphlet No. 39 Héctor Cornillot I am afraid our generation of Cubans believing in overthrowing Castro's dictatorship, is the chain's link where: Cuba continues evolving, from one 26th of July general to another one, always aligned with the enemies of the United States democracy, and our quality of life; or we awaken from lethargy and launch new attacks upon the dictatorship in Cuba. This is an absolute truth that we are not considering; but I believe humans have an overall knowledge of what is right and what is wrong; and it is wrong that the international news agencies do not report attacks on the Cuban dictatorship. It is true that history shows us how the great majority of Cubans in exile have dedicated themselves to integrate into this society, excelling in all levels of this great country. As there is a minority that have wanted to, as Marti said, take upon themselves all of the Cuban nation's patriotism, and have always given what is legally possible in all levels of the opposition;.but it is wrong that the dictator is not receiving new attacks from the combating exiles, which definitively is what can change the present historic evolution in Cuba. It is easier, to sink a Cuban army boat, than walk on Iraq's streets wearing a United States uniform, and our youth does it. That mission, walk the streets of Iraq
wearing a United States uniform, is the most difficult in the world, because
nobody applauds. For Cubans to grab the opportunity to be free and sovereign in
our own land, from the historic evolution of things, we most light the
insurrectional desire in our countrymen with sustained examples of
insurrectional action, and more examples are needed , and our youth in Iraq
will walk more confidently in the future of the democratic world.
